Andy Kindfuller, WG00, and his team at ScentAir are creating the ultimate customer experience.

We all know that it is important how our businesses look, feel and sound to our customers.  We interact with the world around us using our five senses.  Truly remarkable experiences include all of them: sight, sound, touch, taste and, especially smell.  Scent is one of the most powerful ways to create and enhance exceptional experiences.  Adding the right scent, in the right way, adds even more to the customer experience.

Imagine how this relates to the most important and memorable events of your life.  What if something was missing from these experiences?  How can we unlock the magic of scent to improve our customer experiences?  Join us to experience the magic!

On the surface, it may seem like a simple concept, but doing it well was challenging until ScentAir mastered the art of “scent marketing!”

The World’s largest scent marketing company, with customers like Marriott, Westin and Hugo Boss located in 109 countries, is based right here in Charlotte.   For those of you who can arrive by 5.00pm, we will be treated to a tour of the production facilities of the company. This is where the ‘gold is actually produced’.

Door prizeA drawing will be held at the end of the event. The lucky person will take home a bag of scent magic!
