Andy Bach, the Managing Director of ER of North Carolina, has over twenty-five years of experience as a senior management leader in middle-market companies.  His focus, in growth or turnaround situations, is the use of detailed financial analysis and forecasting to proactively drive operational speed and efficiency with leadership, teamwork, and focus.  He is particularly skilled in organization restructuring for cost reduction, strategy, raising capital and managing investor and lender relationships, mergers and acquisitions, and mentoring.  He is a strong communicator with a natural affinity for people and a leader who works with his feam with enthusiasm and optimism.

Accomplishments at various clients include capital restructuring, turnaround from operating losses to profitability within twelve months, improved cash flow and balance sheet management, accurate and timely financial reporting, acquisitions, and mentoring of future managers.

Andy has an MBA from The Wharton School, and a degree in Economics from Duke University.  In his community, Andy is active with Rotary, Junior Achievement, the Boy Scouts, and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Andy was on the original team that helped bring the Wharton Charlotte Club out of a state of dormancy three years ago.  He serves as the Treasurer of the Club.
