Marty has walked through many paths of life; As he says, from a “broke kid” to joining the Army, to a janitor turned line worker turned President and now CEO.

• Don’t read “1-minute manager” or you’ll last 1 minute
• When writing letters to employees capitalize and underline the THANK YOU’s
