Fireside Chat: Daniel Gluck (W'07), Founder & CEO of Renuity
Daniel is the Founder and CEO of Renuity, a Charlotte-based home improvement platform that he has built into one of the largest in the nation. In 2024, Renuity was acquired by private equity firm Greenbriar Equity Group, with Daniel continuing to lead the company through its next phase of growth. Today, Renuity serves homeowners across 44 states, employs more than 3,500 people, and generates approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.
Daniel founded Renuity in 2019 based on an investment thesis he developed during his 11-year career at York Capital Management, where he served as a Managing Director. He ultimately transitioned from investing to operating the business full-time in 2020. Daniel began his career in Goldman Sachs’ Special Situations Group and holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and three children.
