About this session:
In this webinar, participants will learn what a “minimum viable product” (MVP) is, and how the MVP model can help them test the introduction of any product, service, or idea into a new market. The MVP strategy can be useful for both established organizations and early-stage ventures alike. Learn how to build and test an MVP, and how the MVP strategy can help identify one’s target market, build a customer acquisition strategy, and determine the product/market fit.
