On behalf of Charlotte City Club and Charlotte area Ivy League alumni association leaders, you and a guest are invited to our January networking event!

charlottecityclubv2.jpgDate:  January 26, 2017

Time:  6:00-8:00 PM

Location:  Charlotte City Club
121 West Trade Street
Charlotte NC 28202

Refreshments:  Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served, courtesy of the Charlotte City Club.

Ground rules:  This event is open to all Ivy League associations and attendance is limited to 40 alumni and guests from each local alumni club.  For this reason, we are asking that attendees register on or before Monday, January 9, 2017.  After the initial 40 spots for the Wharton Club are filled, a waitlist will be set up.  Attendee names will be transferred from the waitlist to the guest list on a space available basis during the week of January 16th.

Parking:  Parking deck at 116 W. 4th Street.  As you approach the entrance to the parking deck along 4th Street, look for a sign on the side of the building that says "Parking for 121 W. Trade Street/Charlotte City Club".  This marks the entrance to the alley way and the entrance to the parking deck.

You may park in any space reserved for CCC if available, but with 9 levels available we expect plenty of unoccupied parking spaces.  Bring your parking ticket inside with you for validation.

Use the parking deck elevator to get to the building lobby, then take another elevator from the lobby to "LC" (lower club).  Upon exiting the elevator check in at the reception desk and you will be directed to the appropriate room.
