This panel discussion will explore how customer-level analysis is applied across industry verticals (specifically for startups), and examine recent trends in analytics methods. Following the panel discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to network with professionals from leading companies in customer analytics roles and current Wharton MBA students.

The Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative (WCAI) is the world’s preeminent academic research center focusing on the development and application of customer analytics methods.
